Kildare Barred From Freeways

Los Angeles - Television's Dr. Kildare was banned Tuesday from operating his car on the city's freeways.
Municipal Judge Raymond R. Roberts leveled the penalty on actor Richard Chamberlain for receiving two speeding tickets in a month.
Chamberlain, 27, who plays the young intern in the series, was the first traffic offender affected by Judge Robert's crackdown on speeders. The freeway speed limit is 65 miles per hour.
The judge ordered the actor to stick to slower streets until 4th August.
Four other speed violators were given the same penalty.
