| Comments: | I still remember of ''The Thorn Birds'' cause i really loved that specific tv series.The story was so romantic and beautiful that left me with very positive feelings!I must say i was dissapointed though,cause Richard played in ''Casanova'' with Ornella Muti that stupid and kind of ugly looking woman.Although i haven't seen ''casanova''i guess it was a film ugly to watch.So i suppose he has nothing in common with the character in ''the thorn birds''.Richard is not romantic dynamic and idealistic man.Oh, and Rachel Ward was really very beautiful. |

I was allowed to stay up late when Dr. Kildare was on and at the end of the program would kiss Richard (via the tv screen) at the end of the show. I've loved him forever............Darren, please let him know that WE are out here !!!! One of my best friends and I get together and celebrate his birthday each year.........This year, being Saturday, she brought her new baby over for lunch and dinner (and, of course, libations). We had SHOGUN playing on TV all day...........It was a true Richard - Fest, as usual.........I only wish Richard could join us next year! Sell the property to Martin for one dollar, this would be a legal property transfer. The place would be in Martin's name and you and he could continue living there as usual. | Comments: | I have always been a great fan of Richard i have watched everything since i first saw him in Dr Kildare i was only young then Iam just turning 50 on the 12th of january and i have just watched the whole of the thornbirds which i was given as a present for christmas i cried so much it was such a heart rending story and the part Richard took was amazing i will watch it time and time again for the rest of my life. I am now hoping to get shogun for my birthday as i always found that a very tender story aswell. Richard is a great actor and always has been its a pleasure to always watch him.
