Mr. Chamberlain, I have never got to see The Thorn Birds until my Thanksgiving break from work. I could not believe how emotional I got from watching this(I am 49) It was a mini series marathon. The funny part of all this: my college daughters were home and said "SOMEONE DIED AGAIN???" My 23 year old said "too much drama" Anyways, I did like it. You are very believable. I have not received 'official' press notification yet regarding Richard's role in the theatre production tour of "Monty Python's Spamalot", so I cannot offer advice on where and when tours will take place. And please do not book plane tickets and accommodation until it is officially confirmed. Due to the credit crunch the Broadway performance of "Monty Python's Spamalot" was one of the shows that had only average sales of late. Sales did increase by 100,000 dollars to just over half a million dollars for the first week of November, but it will close on 18 January 2009. Updates will be posted in the 'News' section on the website.

He said that Jane Chamberlain is your aunt and Jane is my Great Grandmother's mother her name is Natalie Blanke (after she got married). My grandpa said you guys used to play alot. I don't think Martin or Richard have any plans at this time for a theatre tour within the UK I know that Richard and Martin will be performing this summer at the Berkshire Theatre festival I think Martin is directing a play called Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolf. Updates as always on Darrens site.

I am curious as to the play in which Richard was acting when "Christel" or someone else obtained the photos of Richard with his very proud parents. They all look so happy; it must have been part of the "Chamberlain Magic Show" to which he refers in his book. Or perhaps his parents realized that his success was not just a "flash in the pan" by this point.

Before Christmas I ordered Forever Buster from Amazon UK they gave me a dilivery date that date came and for some reason they said the book was not available then I got another email from Amazon saying they are still trying to get the book but are having problems trying to get the book for me have anyone else outside the USA been having problems purchasing the book from any bookshop in the US. Some friends are going to orlando in May so they may be able to get the book for but I checked a website for B Dalton bookseller but they don't seem to have the book in stock.
